Thank you for your interest in partnering with Chicago Emerging Stars as a vendor or service provider. We are committed to creating meaningful, community-driven events and programs that uplift youth and families throughout Chicago.

This form is intended for businesses, nonprofits, entrepreneurs, organizations, and service providers interested in participating in our upcoming events, including but not limited to our 2026 Fourth Annual Back To School Bash, pop-up giveaways, resource fairs, career events, and community activations.

Please note: Our team carefully reviews all submissions and will follow up with applicants whose services, resources, or mission align with the goals, priorities, and needs of our upcoming events.

Vendor Participation Information:

Chicago Emerging Stars is committed to ensuring that youth and families can access resources, opportunities, and services free of charge.

To support event operations, volunteer coordination, community programming, and free resources provided to attendees, participation requirements may vary by organization type.

Community resource partners, nonprofit organizations with 501(c)(3) status, schools, colleges, workforce agencies, healthcare providers, government agencies, and youth-serving organizations may qualify for complimentary participation.
Approved small businesses, entrepreneurs, retail vendors, and other for-profit organizations may be subject to a participation fee to support event operations and community programming.
Participation fees, if applicable, will be communicated after acceptance.
Submission of this application does not guarantee participation.
Any applicable vendor fees are only due after acceptance and confirmation by Chicago Emerging Stars.
